About

Wellbeing starts within and grows through connection.

We help people become intraconnected, at home in themselves, and interconnected, with others, community and purpose.

Our approach

We are complex people living within systems that influence each other: our bodies and histories, our families and relationships, our workplaces, cultures and communities. Interconnected Wellbeing is a holistic, interdisciplinary care centre that treats mental health and wellbeing with all of that in view.

“We see you, all of you” has two meanings. It means every part of you, and it means everyone: individuals, couples, families and communities.
